Grade 9 Applicants

• Step 1: Create a Ravenna Account

  Create a Ravenna account at ravenna-hub.com/login.
  Select Saint John’s High School from the School Directory
  and choose 9th Grade Application Process.

• Step 2: Register for the Admissions Test

  Register for the Grade 9 Admissions Test on October 26 or December 7 and pay the $50 testing fee. Please contact the Admissions Office if you are unable to take the test on these dates.

• Step 3: Complete the Application for Admission

  Complete the Application for Admission in Ravenna and pay the $40 fee online.

• Step 4: Student Statement

  Complete and submit the Student Statement in Ravenna. 

• Step 5: Parent Statement

  Complete and submit the Parent Statement in Ravenna. 

• Step 6: Transcript Release Form

  Print and sign the Transcript Release Form in Ravenna and
  submit it to the registrar at your current school.

• Step 7: Recommendation Form

  Choose at least one teacher, counselor, or school administrator to complete a recommendation on your behalf and enter their contact information in Ravenna.

• Step 8: Submit all Application Requirements & Financial Aid Application

  Submit all application requirements, including the financial aid application, if applicable, by December 15, 2024. If the deadline has passed, please contact the Admissions Office to verify we are still accepting new applications.

• Step 9: Interview

  The Admissions Office will contact applicants to schedule an interview once all other application steps have been completed. 

• Step 10: Admission Decision

  Admission decisions will be mailed to applicants in late February 2025.

• Step 11: Enrollment Contracts

  Accept the enrollment contract and pay the initial $500 deposit online by April 1, 2025.

• Step 12: Tuition Management Information

  Families will receive an email invitation from Blackbaud Tuition Management to create an online account in order to manage tuition payments. 

• Step 13: First Tuition Payment

  The first Saint John’s tuition payment is due in June 2025.
